In order to increase the acceptance degree of the implemented systems with the clients, Soft Expert offers training support to the future users and administrators.

The training support for Manager Financiar CRM is structured according to a two-module basis:

  • Usage training - offered to the future users of the system
  • Administration training - offered to the future administrators of the system

The usage training

During this particular course, the usefulness and the working method of the system will be presented.

The users will also gradually discover the actions they will take inside the system, according to the existing working methods.

The training is done according to the system user’s manual and it contains practical applications with the help of the trainers.

The course is designed for the people who use the system on a daily basis, the team-leaders and the managers of the departments where the system has already been implemented, as well as for the people in the upper management of the company.

The administration training

In this course the administrative method of the system will be presented, as far as modifying the initial configuration, the basic administration of the server and the data base are concerned.

The training is done according to the system user’s manual and it contains practical applications with the help of the trainers.

The course is designed for those people inside the company responsible with administrating the system, with or without previous technical knowledge.

At the end of this course, the participants will be able to understand the configuration method of the system.

The participants of this course will also acquire a number of skills, such as:

  • System configuration and modifying knowledge;
  • Common business vocabulary used in the company as well as in the system;
